A RESOLUTION INITIATING A ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 8 TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL BUILDING SIGNAGE ON LARGE BUILDINGS SET BACK FROM THE STREET WITH SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPROVAL

Topic Description:

The  resolution initiates a zoning ordinance text amendment to Article 8 of the Fauquier County Zoning Ordinance to allow additional building signage on large buildings set back from the street with special exception approval. Upon adoption the proposed text amendment would be referred to the Planning Commission for its review and comment.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
