A Resolution for Subdivision Street Acceptance for Vint Hill Land Bay “H”: Cray Drive, Osborne Drive, Comrie Court, Shrayer Court, Hills Lane, and Wilkes Court, Cedar Run Magisterial District

Topic Description:

Improvements to Cray Drive, Osborne Drive, Comrie Court, Shrayer Court, Hills Lane, and Wilkes Court serving the Vint Hill Land Bay “H” Subdivision have been completed.  In order for the streets to be accepted into the Secondary System of State Highways, a request to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for acceptance from the Board of Supervisors is required.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
