RESOLUTION A Resolution DIRECTING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO Schedule a Public Hearing to Consider Amendment to Chapter 17 of the County Code WHEREAS, the Fauquier County Soils Scientist and Fauquier County Health Department have made recommendations with respect to proposed amendments to the Fauquier County Code; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has reviewed the proposed amendments in a work session and recommended additional amendments related to the imposition of a bonding requirement for non-conventional septic systems; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has determined that it is appropriate and in the public interest to consider the proposed amendments to Chapter 17 of the County Code; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 9th day of July 2009, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, directed to schedule a public hearing on proposed amendments to Chapter 17 of the County Code. |
