A Resolution to Reconsider the Vote of the Board of Supervisors to Deny Comprehensive Plan Amendment CPAM05-CT-005 and Special Exceptions SPEX05-CT-017, SPEX05-CT-018, SPEX05-CT-019 to Allow for a High School

Topic Description:

On June 9, 2005, the Board of Supervisors denied the above-referenced Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Special Exceptions by a 3-2 vote. (Ayes: Atherton, Graham, Robison; Nays: Downey, Stribling)

The Board of Supervisors’ Bylaws and Rules of Procedure provide that a vote may be reconsidered at the next regular meeting if the motion to reconsider is made by a person on the prevailing side of the initial vote. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
