A Resolution to Authorize the Amendment of Terms of Acceptance of a Conservation Easement Over the Property of William G. Prime, Eve Douglas Prime, William C. Prime, and Alexandra K. Prime

Topic Description:

The above-named property owners have proposed to grant a conservation easement over approximately 46.403 acres in Marshall Magisterial District.  Upon completion of the study of the property in preparation for the grant of the easement, the owner proposed to amend the terms of the easement.  The easement has not yet been recorded and as such an amendment to the terms is legally permissible.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

No financial impact analysis has been conducted.  The property will no longer be subdividable after the easement is recorded.
