SB 409 REFINANCE DEED OF TRUST: Recordation Tax Change pursuant to Section 58.1-803(D):
                a) Eliminates exemption from recordation Tax
                b) Requires tax on full amount
                c) Changes tax rate to a total of $.24 tax per $100 value ($.18 state plus $.06 county)
                d) Requires Code Section for reduced tax rate on document
