- Report a problem with the website or the online catalog - Please be sure to include the following information in your e-mail:
- Where you were when the problem occurred (home, work, etc.)
- What operating system you were using (Windows Vista, XP, etc.)
- What Web browser you were using (Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, etc.)
- Date and time when the problem occurred
- The nature of the problem
- Any error message you may have received
