A Resolution Authorizing the Reimbursement of Building Permit Fees to the Community Christian Church

Topic Description:

Pastor Allen R. Dickerson has requested Board of Supervisors consideration of the refunding of all Building Permit fees ($1,553.11) for the reconstruction of the Community Christian Church.  On August 17, 2006, the church was completely destroyed by fire by arson.  It is located near Morrisville and is in the Lee Magisterial District.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Summary Staff Report:

If Board of Supervisors approves, the Department of Community Development will request a check reimbursement through the Finance Department.
