to the Central Sports Complex and Lease Property to the
Fauquier County Fair Board |

Topic Description: |

In order to provide adequate
parking for the Fauquier County Fair and sufficient area to
permit the development of the Central Sports Complex, the
Fair Board, Fauquier County, and Rodgers Family Limited
Partnership have agreed that the Fair shall be permitted to
lease property to the County, and the County will acquire a
similar amount of property to the leased premises from the
Rodgers Family Limited Partnership. |
