ratifies and confirms the County Administrator’s declaration
of a local emergency associated with the last two snow
storms. |

The resolution is a
pre-requisite for Federal Emergency Disaster Assistance
funding. In addition the resolution also allows purchases
of equipment and services outside of the normal public
