A Resolution to Authorize the Revisions of Human Resources Policy 26 - Reduction in Force

Topic Description:

The Reduction in Force Policy has been revised to define the necessary procedures that occur when a reduction in force action is taken by the Board of Supervisors. This policy provides new procedures on County Administration proceeds with the reduction in force directive. Human Resources Policy 26, Reduction in Force, has received the endorsement of the Personnel Committee.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
