A Resolution for Subdivision Street Acceptance for the Lee’s Glen  Subdivision: Confederate Boulevard, Flag Rock Drive,  and  Battle Ridge Drive, Lee Magisterial District

Topic Description:

Improvements to Confederate Boulevard, Flag Rock Drive, and Battle Ridge Drive, serving the Lee’s Glen Subdivision, have been completed in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) requirements.  In order for the streets to be accepted into the Secondary System of State Highways, a request to VDOT for acceptance from the Board of Supervisors is required.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:   

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
