American Bird Conservancy
has requested that its property be declared exempt from
taxation. Prior to adopting an ordinance which declares the
property of a charity exempt from taxation, the Board must
conduct a public hearing. |

attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |

The fiscal impact of this
action based upon the current assessment and tax rate would
be approximately $758.56 at the current personal property
