Topic Description: |

In August 2006, Fauquier
County entered into an agreement with D.C. Diamond
Corporation to provide for the construction of Southcoate
Village Drive, including the placement of escrow funds with
the County. D.C. Diamond has requested that it be permitted
to use a portion of these funds, up to $80,000, to complete
an interparcel connection to the adjoining Bender parcel,
and to complete improvements to common areas requested by
residents of Southcoate Village. |
