A review of the above referenced special exception has been completed.  Based on the information provided in the request, the following observations are offered for your consideration:

1.                  Compliance with all health department requirements for a commercial well and septic drainfield facility is recommended.

2.                  SWM/BMP requirements should be met in accordance with all current ordinances.  Property is in Rappahanock Basin, BMP’s are recommended.

3.                  Limits of disturbance should be contained to just the improvements required to establish the facility as proposed.

4.                  The statement of justification identifies up to 16.5 Acres of the subject property to be occupied with improvements or disturbed.  Even though the primary improvements are stated to be contained to less than a 1 Acre site, the secondary improvements should be identified for the remaining 15.5 Acres.
