On May 8, 2008, the Board of
Supervisors approved a resolution initiating a zoning
ordinance text amendment and comprehensive plan amendment to
eliminate the density credit for steep slopes of greater
than 25 percent and for floodplain within the RA and RC
Zoning Districts. The resolution if adopted reconsiders that
vote and tables the matter at the Board of Supervisors for
further considerion and study of both of the proposed
amendments.
