A Resolution Directing the County Administrator to Schedule a Public Hearing to Consider an Amendment to Change the Community Development Fee Schedule to Authorize a $150.00 Increase to the Fee for Review of Boundary Line Adjustment Plats

Topic Description:

The Health Department reviews all proposed boundary line adjustments in order to determine whether the adjustments adversely impact existing drainfield or well sites.  This proposed fee would compensate for the staff time necessary to review such plats against the records of the Department.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
