Topic Description:

Consider public comment regarding whether to increase the filing fee for Courthouse Security Personnel from $5.00 to $10.00 effective July 1, 2007.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of the attached Ordinance.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

The proposed amendment will double the revenue available for courthouse security.
