A Resolution Authorizing Payment of Claim of Jacqueline Patton for Injuries Suffered on the Job

Topic Description:

County employee Jacqueline Patton suffered an on-the-job injury.  Ms. Patton’s workers’ compensation claim was denied, and some of the medical expenses incurred in treating her injuries are not covered by her medical insurance.  The attached resolution authorizes payment of those medical expenses not reimbursed by Ms. Patton’s medical insurance.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
