A Resolution to Authorize the Grant of an Easement Across Property Subject to a Purchase of Development Rights Easement

Topic Description:

Dominion has agreed, in exchange for an additional 50 feet of right of way, to construct fewer towers than it would within the existing 100 foot Dominion  right of way located on the property of William D. and Janet L. Peters, which is subject to a PDR easement.  The attached resolution would authorize the proposed conveyance subject to the conditions outlined in the resolution.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
