RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO PROVIDED PLANNING, ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE FIRE TRAINING CENTER AND SHERIFF’S FIRING RANGE WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has approved the concept of developing a Fire Training Center and Sheriff’s Firing Range adjacent to the Coral Farms Landfill site; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to plan and design this project and to seek approval for a Special Exception Permit; and WHEREAS, the County has worked with Teng and Associates to prepare a preliminary plan for these facilities; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 9th day of August 2007, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract with Teng and Associates in an amount not to exceed $164,000 for this work. |
