A Resolution to Authorize the Assignment of Aviation Maintenance Services from Essar Aviation, LLC, to Airfield Services, LLC

Topic Description:

The Airport Committee has reviewed and recommends the assignment of the repair and maintenance of based and itinerant aircraft from Essar Aviation, LLC, to Airfield Services, LLC, at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport.  It is believed that this realignment of service providers will allow for the continued improvement and expansion of small businesses at the airport.  Both parties to this transaction have requested this action.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 
Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
