Warrenton |

Topic Description: |
|
Representatives of Centex
and the Town of Warrenton will brief the Board of
Supervisors on the proposed Centex/Arrington Knolls
development. Centex and the Town of Warrenton have proposed
the movement of the corporate boundaries of the Town of
Warrenton. The change would bring most of the Alwington
Farm property owned by Mrs. Arrington into the Town of
Warrenton which would permit the Town of Warrenton to serve
the Arrington Knolls housing project proposed by Centex with
public water and sewer. The Board is requested to give
staff guidance on how to proceed with this project. |
