A Resolution to Designate an Alternative Agent for Subdivision Ordinance Administration

Topic Description:

Frederick P.D. Carr, Elizabeth A. Cook, and Kimberley P. Fogle are the existing Agents for the administration of the Subdivision Ordinance, including the approval of specific plans.  Examples of plans requiring approval signatures are:  Family Divisions, Large Lot and Administrative Subdivisions, and Boundary Line Adjustments.  Susan K. Eddy has assumed the position, previously held by Elizabeth A. Cook, as Chief of Planning. The proposed resolution would delete Elizabeth A. Cook and designate Susan K. Eddy as an authorized Agent.  

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
