The Purchase of Development
Rights (PDR) Committee recommends the Board of Supervisors
approve funding for eight qualifying applicants to the PDR
Program, as shown on the attached scoring sheet. |

Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
Applicants payment of
$30,000 per development right will be paid entirely from the
County’s PDR Program fund. All combined, the County will pay
$1,110,000 for 37 development rights to protect 764.98
acres. |
