In August 2006, Fauquier
County entered into an agreement with D.C. Diamond
Corporation to provide for the construction of Southcoate
Village Drive, including the placement of escrow funds with
the County. The County has suggested that the terms of the
escrow be modified in order to permit the orderly
construction of the street as soon as possible. |
