ONGOING - Fauquier County has received a Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) grant from the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). The purpose of the grant is to stabilize neighborhoods in Fauquier County with foreclosure rates of at least 8% through the acquisition, rehabilitation, and resale of approximately 9 residential homes in Bealeton, Remington, and Warrenton. ONGOING - Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program - This program is handled by the Community Touch, Inc (CTI) organization in Bealeton, VA. CTI has been awarded this grant to help those who are about to become homeless or are already homeless. HPRP is about homelessness. Click
