- Mark your calendar for the 6th Annual Forum for Rural Innovation to be held Friday, March 19th at the Best Western Lee-Jackson Motor Inn & Conference Center in Winchester. Attend and hear about new and exciting projects and programs which enhance farm & rural business profitability. The Forum is a cooperative educational effort of Agricultural Development Departments in Fauquier, Loudoun, Clarke, Frederick Counties, VA and Berkeley and Jefferson Counties, WV, Potomac Headwaters and Shenandoah RC & D, Virginia Cooperative Extension, and WVU Extension.
