An Ordinance to Amend the Bethel Academy Special Taxing District Ordinance

Topic Description:

The Ordinance creating the Bethel Academy Special Taxing District provided for separate billing to the homeowners.  The billing system has now been revised to permit the bill to accompany the regular tax bills for the affected property owners, but technical revisions must be made to the Ordinance to reflect this revised procedure.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of the attached Ordinance.
