that its property be declared exempt from taxation. Prior
to adopting an ordinance which declares the property of a
charity exempt from taxation, the Board must conduct a
public hearing. |

consider the adoption of the
attached Ordinance. |

The fiscal impact of this
action based upon the current assessment and tax rate is
