RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE CAPITAL FUND RESERVE ACCOUNT

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has established a Capital Reserve account for cash funding smaller improvement projects or to take advantage of opportunities to match targeted grants; and

WHEREAS, the Board’s Facilities Committee has reviewed current capital needs and recommends funding for these projects; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 8^th day of January 2009, That the transfer of funds from the Capital Reserve for Emergency Operations Center in the amount of $80,000, and Marshall Community Center ADA access and drainage improvements in the amount of $43,700 be, and is hereby, authorized.
