RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT WITH FAUQUIER HABITAT: AFFORDABLE HOUSING WHEREAS, the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors has provided funding to assist County employees to become homeowners as a part of the Affordable Housing Program; and WHEREAS, funding for the final participant has been reserved pending resolution of issues regarding the ownership of property; and WHEREAS, Fauquier Habitat has been working with the County employee to construct a new home to replace the existing dwelling which is in substandard condition; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 8th day of January 2009, That the County Attorney and the County Administrator be, and are hereby, authorized to draft and execute a loan agreement to assist Fauquier Habitat to provide funding to enable work with a County employee under the Affordable Housing initiative.
