A Resolution to Authorize the County Attorney to Settle L & J Property, LLC v. the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors and to Initiate Consideration of Special Exceptions Consistent with the Terms of the Settlement.

Topic Description:

The attached resolution authorizes the settlement of a pending lawsuit and initiates consideration of Special Exceptions which are required as part of the settlement.
