RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH AUSTIN REALTY MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENTS, INC. FOR THE RENTAL OF 2,143 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE LOCATED AT SUITE 31, 98 ALEXANDRIA PIKE, WARRENTON, VIRGINIA WHEREAS, County staff will begin the administrative functions associated with the general real estate reassessment process in June of 2008; and WHEREAS, an adequate commercial space for this process is not currently available in any existing County facility; and WHEREAS, it is necessary, therefore, for the County to lease commercial space; and WHEREAS, it is staff’s recommendation that the commercial space located at Suite 31, 98 Alexandria Pike, Warrenton, Virginia, is the most suitable available commercial space at the most reasonable market cost; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 10th day of January 2008, That the County Administrator be, and is hereby, authorized to execute a commercial lease with Austin Reality Management and Investments, Inc. for the rental of Suite 31, 98 Alexandria Pike, Warrenton, Virginia. |
