RESOLUTION
A
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE 2007-2008 THROUGH 2012-2013 SECONDARY ROAD
SIX-YEAR PLAN AND THE 2007-2008 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS,
the 2007-2008 through 2012-2013 Secondary Construction Six-Year Plan and
the 2007-2008 Fiscal Year Budget for Fauquier County was duly advertised
for public hearing and said public hearing was held on January 11, 2007,
and that the items brought forth at the public hearing were duly
considered; and
WHEREAS, on
October 18, 2006, the Fauquier County Transportation Committee
recommended adoption of the Secondary Road Six Year-Plan for 2007-2008
through 2012-2013 transportation priorities, which are outlined herein;
and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 2007, the Board of Supervisors held a joint
public hearing with the Virginia Department of Transportation and
received public comment on the Six-Year Plan; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 11th
day of January 2007, That the 2007-2008 through 2012-2013 Secondary
Construction Six-Year Plan and the 2007-2008 Fiscal Year Budget be, and
is hereby, adopted as follows:
