A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Sections 12-601, 12-609, 12-610, 12-611, 12-617, and 12-702 to Make These Sections Consistent With the Recently Adopted Design Standards Manual 

Topic Description:

The Board of Supervisors recently adopted several chapters of the Design Standards Manual.  These are simple amendments to reference or incorporate parts of the Design Standards Manual into the Zoning Ordinance, as appropriate.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of the attached Ordinance.

No financial impact analysis has been conducted.

Summary Staff Report:

This amendment is commonly known as a housekeeping amendment. Its purpose is to reference or incorporate parts of the Design Standards Manual into the Zoning Ordinance, as appropriate. This proposed amendment was initiated by the Planning Commission on October 27, 2005 and recommended for approval on December 7, 2005.
