A Resolution to Authorize the Revision of Human Resources Policy 23 Position Classification Plan

Topic Description:

Policy 23, Position Classification Plan, of the Fauquier County Human Resources Policy Manual has been revised to allow for position classification reviews to be conducted by the Human Resources Department staff, rather than an outside consulting firm.

 

The revision of Policy 23, Position Classification Plan, has received the endorsement of the Personnel Committee.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

No fiscal impact is anticipated.
