Grant an Easement to Ross Industries, Inc.

Topic Description: |
|
Ross Industries has planned for sometime to connect to the
Airport Sewer System in order to deal with existing waste
disposal constraints. The new sewer system is nearing
completion and it is necessary to provide an easement to
allow the connection from Ross facilities to the grinder
pump tank located on the edge of the Airport property. |

Board of Supervisors:

Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |

The provision of public sewer service assist this industry
to remain and grow at the current location. |
