This
resolution, if adopted, would amend the Fauquier County Board of
Supervisors' Bylaws and Rules of Procedure in the following
manner:
(1)
Section 2-1
of the Bylaws would be amended to provide that the Board shall hold at
least one meeting of the Board of Supervisors in each Magisterial
District;
(2) Section 3-1 is amended to clarify that
the disability necessitating appointment of a new Chairman shall
be a permanent disability;
(3) Section 4-4 is amended to clarify that
citizens' time shall be held after the adoption of the agenda;
(4) Section 4-7(G) relating to substitute motions
has been rewritten, but does not contain any substantive changes.
