RESOLUTION A
RESOLUTION TO WAIVE ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 7-302.1.B TO ALLOW
WHEREAS, Ronald L. Harding, applicant, is seeking a waiver to
Zoning Ordinance Section 7-302.1.B to allow a subdivision on a private
street that does not connect directly to a state maintained street; and
WHEREAS, the applicant wishes to submit a family transfer division
application to divide his 45.8121-acre parcel identified, as PIN
7920-78-9858-000, with access via a twenty-foot easement to Old Devil’s Turnpike, into two (2) lots to
create a lot for his father; and
WHEREAS, Old Devil’s Turnpike is an existing private
street that connects directly to WHEREAS,
only one (1) family transfer lot may be created from the 45.8121-acre
parcel, and no subsequent lots may be created under the current Rural
Agriculture zoning designation and County Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, at its meeting on RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 21st day of January 2003, That Zoning Ordinance Section 7-302.1.B is waived to permit Ronald L. Harding to create one (1) family transfer division on the above referenced parcel on a private street that does not connect directly to a state maintained street. |
