PROCLAMATION A
PROCLAMATION TO RECOGNIZE SERF GUERRA FOR HIS OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO THE
CITIZENS OF FAUQUIER COUNTY UPON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT FROM THE
FAUQUIER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION WHEREAS,
Mr. Serf Guerra has provided over a decade of service to the citizens of
Fauquier County through his participation and leadership on County
Government Committees, Boards and Commissions; and WHEREAS,
Mr. Serf Guerra served as the Lee Magisterial District representative on
the Fauquier County Public Library Board from 1992 to 1996; and WHEREAS,
Mr. Serf Guerra served as a member of the Capital Improvements Program
Citizens Advisory Committee from 1995 to 1999, serving as its Chairman in
1996 and 1997; and WHEREAS,
Mr. Serf Guerra served as the Lee District representative for the Planning
Commission from January 1995 to January of 2003, serving as Secretary from
January of 2000 through January of 2003; and WHEREAS,
the Board of Supervisors wishes to recognize and commend Mr. Serf Guerra
for his outstanding service to the citizens of PROCLAIMED
by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 21st day of
January 2003, That Mr. Serf Guerra be, and is hereby, recognized and
commended for his outstanding service to the citizens of Fauquier County
upon the occasion of his retirement from the Fauquier County Planning
Commission; and, be it PROCLAIMED
FURTHER That the Board of Supervisors does hereby extend its best wishes
to Mr. Serf Guerra in all future endeavors. _____________________________ Harry
