A Resolution to Authorize the Assignment of the Lease for T-Hangar #4 at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport from Essar Corporation LLC to Essar Property Management LLC

Topic Description:

The County has received a request to approve the assignment of the lease for T-Hangar #4 pad site.  The existing lease makes a provision for such an assignment.

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
