Topic Description:

The following owners of properties have proposed to donate conservation easements over the properties described on the attached proposed deeds of conservation easements:

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolutions.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

No financial impact analysis has been conducted.  The properties will be automatically eligible for land use taxation upon recordation of the easement but potential residential development will be permanently reduced.
