A Resolution to Establish a Policy of the County to Hold Meetings Only in ADA Compliant and Handicapped Accessible Facilities

Topic Description:

The Fauquier County Disability Services Board has requested that the County establish a policy that all of its meetings be held in facilities which are fully ADA compliant and handicapped accessible.  The Fauquier County Board of Supervisors wishes to establish such a policy for the Board as well as for the County’s Departments and Committees.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
