PROCLAMATION

A PROCLAMATION TO HONOR RICHARD RECTOR IN RECOGNITION OF

FORTY-EIGHT YEARS OF DISTINGUISHED SERVICE

TO THE CITIZENS OF FAUQUIER COUNTY

WHEREAS, Richard Rector has served with distinction as a bus driver for the Fauquier County Schools from November 1956 until June 2004, for a period of over forty-eight years; and

WHEREAS, during his service, the performance of Richard Rector was characterized by dedication to the County of Fauquier and the students thereof; and

WHEREAS, Richard Rector will be remembered for his loyalty to the schools and students of Fauquier County, as he consistently carried out his duties in an exemplary manner; now, therefore, be it

PROCLAIMED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 10^th day of February 2005, That Richard Rector be, and is hereby, congratulated upon his retirement and commended for his many successful years of service in the Fauquier County Schools; and, be it

PROCLAIMED FURTHER, That the Board of Supervisors does hereby express its sincere appreciation for the outstanding contributions of Richard Rector to the citizens of Fauquier County; and, be it

PROCLAIMED FINALLY, That the Board of Supervisors extends its gratitude and best wishes to Richard Rector for a most enjoyable retirement.
