A Resolution to Invest the Assistant Zoning Administrator with the Powers of the Zoning Administrator

Topic Description:

This resolution would improve the efficiency of the Zoning Department by authorizing the Assistant Zoning Administrator to assume the duties of the Zoning Administrator in those instances where the Zoning Administrator is absent or when a specific responsibility has been assigned.

Requested Action of the Planning Commission:

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
