The Purchase of Development
Rights (PDR) Committee Recommends the Board of Supervisors
Approve the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation (VLCF)
Grant Program Project Agreement. VLCF awarded $198,400
(available in FY2010) to Fauquier County for an application
based on the Frank C. Ott PDR Easement. The Grant Program
Project Agreement will enable the County to recapture 50% of
the cost of this PDR Easement. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
