A  Resolution to Initiate a Text Amendment to Article VII of the Zoning Ordinance to Establish a Limitation on the Length of Cul-de-Sacs Within the Zoning Ordinance

Topic Description:

The proposed amendment would establish a limitation on cul de sac length within the Zoning Ordinance similar to those currently set forth in the Subdivision Ordinance and establish a mechanism for waiving the limitation.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adopting the attached resolution.
