Topic: 

A Resolution Authorizing the Chairman to Execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the Constitutional Officers for the County of Fauquier

Topic Description:

 The Constitutional Officers have requested that the Board of Supervisors supplement their salaries, and those of their employees, in exchange for their agreement, to be bound by certain County policies and procedures.  The proposed resolution would authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Memorandum of Agreement with the Constitutional Officers.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
