A Resolution Adopting Disability Services Board Statement of Mission/Purpose, Revised Membership Requirements, and Work Plan

Topic Description:

At its meeting on January 14, 2010, the Board of Supervisors held a work session to review the proposed statement of mission/purpose, membership requirements, and work plan of the Disability Services Board (DSB).  Upon concluding the work session, the Board agreed that the structure and work of the DSB should be revised per staff’s recommendation.

The attached documents (statement of mission/purpose, membership requirements, and work plan) have been revised to reflect the discussion of Board at its January 14 work session.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
